NMC recordings are available in CD, mp3 and FLAC format. Our policy is not to delete any of our recordings but we understand that sometimes our discs can be difficult to find in stores. Please contact us direct on sales@nmcrec.co.uk or +44 (0)20 7759 1827 if you require any assistance.

Order direct from NMC

Online Store: You can order direct from NMC via our secure online Greedbag store. Once the transaction has been completed you will be sent an email confirmation of your order. CD booklets are available to download in pdf format for the majority of our downloads.
Our aim is to process and despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt; pre-orders are mailed two days before the official day of release.

Fax: You can fax your order to +44 (0)20 7759 1829. Please remember to include the titles and catalogue numbers of the discs you wish to purchase along with your name, full address and telephone number, plus payment details: card number, expiry date and three digit security code.

Post & telephone: All NMC discs are available by mail order directly from us. If you wish to pay by cheque we recommend you phone us first on +44 (0)20 7759 1827 to confirm the total amount, including P&P. We can accept credit and debit card payments too.

Audio Formats:

Almost all of our releases are available on Compact Disc (a few are download only) and the majority of our recordings are also downloadable in mp3 and FLAC format. Digital download files are encoded as 245k average VBR mp3 (LAME --preset extreme) or FLAC (-8). The mp3 encode is virtually indistinguishable from CD-quality audio. Where available, FLAC encodes are superior (standard cd 16bit/44.1KHz). The audio is compressed without any loss in quality, similar to how zip works but with better compression for audio files. This makes FLAC's the highest possible quality for digital downloads. The file sizes are however on average approximately four times the size of the mp3 versions.

Online Stores: You will find our recordings in all the usual online stores, including Amazon, Presto and MDT.

Downloads:You can purchase mp3s and FLACs from our Greedbag shop or from many of the popular download sites, including   iTunes, eMusic, Amazon, Napster and Chandos Classical Shop.
