Described as "Britain's most progressive harpsichordist" and "the hippest harpsichordist around", Jane Chapman has revitalised the repertoire for her instrument. Equally passionate about contemporary and baroque music, she has inspired a generation of composers, premiering numerous solo, chamber and electroacoustic works by many of today'sforemost new voices. She is also involved in collaborations with many groundbreaking musicians and visual artists, exploring innovative approaches to performance. Jane is an Honorary Fellow of Dartington College of Arts, and an Honorary Member of the Royal College of Music, where she is also Professor of Harpsichord.
