Get on top of your finances, with money-saving tips, information and tools. We will cover financial resilience, budgeting, credit and borrowing, debt, saving and investment, and accessing support. The webinar will be presented by Martha Lawton, a qualified trainer with over twelve years’ experience of supporting people with their finances.

Staying mentally and physically well

In this webinar, you’ll find out ways to stay mentally and physically healthy during difficult times. We’ll look at how to manage stress, including avoiding burnout, as well as discussing the importance of nutrition, exercise and sleep. The webinar will be presented by vocal and performance coach, researcher and lecture, Lucy Heyman.
